Our new recruits discover what is in their end of training Goody Bag!!!

Here we have our new recruits sneaking a peak into their Bluebird Care goodie back that all of our new starters get during their training!
Looking after our staff and making them feel welcomed and valued is one of our top priorities. Starting with a friendly introductory call from Sarah, to an interview with Ann, followed by training from Sue (who has been with us an incredible 11 years!) we really try to make sure that everyone is welcomed into the team and made to feel part of the Bluebird Care family.
