You Matter Campaign

You matter

We are now holding a monthly “You Matter Campaign” 
 
Each month carers are asked to nominate a customer who they feel deserve a little treat from all of us at Bluebird Care. We want our valued customers to know they are not just a number and that they are thought of and cared about.

The first nomination was in April to our customers Mr and Mrs W. The care staff nominated them simply because of their love and devotion to each other. 

Mr and Mrs W sent us a lovely card to thank us, they said "What a nice thought and surprise when we received our box of goodies. Your visits are important to us - not just the physical help you provide but more importantly the cheerful greetings your ladies always bring with them, it means a lot".

Mr and Mrs B stated 'We are very grateful for this gift and it is lovely!'
