Lauren Miller
Lauren began her career in what she describes as her dream role with British Airways, before making the decision to move closer to home and focus on her family. Her journey into care became deeply personal when her Nan was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Alongside her full-time role in the gas industry, Lauren stepped into a caring role, supporting with nutrition, hydration, personal care, and companionship. This was especially important to her, as her Nan did not like being alone.
Following the loss of her Nan in January 2026, Lauren felt a strong and lasting motivation to continue supporting others. This led her to join Bluebird Care in March 2026, where she now channels that personal experience into delivering compassionate, high-quality care. She is passionate about helping people remain independent in their own homes, while feeling safe, comfortable, and respected.
In her role as Care Coordinator, Lauren manages the day to day complexity of scheduling care, coordinating Care Experts, and maintaining accurate and responsive care plans. She plays a key role in ensuring continuity and reliability for customers and their families. Lauren also continues to support with care visits when needed, which allows her to stay closely connected to customers and maintain a strong understanding of frontline care.
Lauren brings warmth, empathy, and a deeply personal commitment to everything she does. Her experience gives her a genuine understanding of what families go through, and this shines through in the way she supports both customers and her team. She is a valued member of Bluebird Care, driven by a clear purpose to make a meaningful difference every day.
