Rest in Peace, 'Amazing Grace'

We are all saddened by the passing of Grace Jones, Britain's oldest person

We at Bluebird Care, Worcester and Wychavon are saddened by the passing of the beautiful and elegant Grace Jones, always known to us as Amazing Grace, from Broadway.

At 112 Grace was the oldest person in Britain and lived through the titanic disaster, the Russian revolution,  2 world wars, and so much more. Her stories of times gone by, inspired and delighted us all.

We were privileged to have cared for Grace in her later years and many of our carers enjoyed a close friendship with her. Her exuberance for life and her wicked sense of humour delighted all those around her and she enjoyed life up to the end.

Grace, we at Bluebird Care will miss you and thank you for the joy and positivity that you have shared with us.
