Bluebird Care Reading, Wokingham, Windsor, Maidenhead and Bracknell, a leading home care provider, has collaborated with a local Primary school to spread some Easter cheer to its customers. In an effort to lift their customers' spirits and show them that they are not alone during the Easter holiday, the care provider reached out to Earley St Peters Church of England Primary School for help.

The idea was simple yet heartwarming - an Easter card from a pupil at the local primary school, along with an Easter egg for each customer. The children at Earley St Peters were thrilled to take part in this initiative and quickly got to work creating beautiful Easter cards for all the customers at Bluebird Care.

According to Amy Purdy, year two teacher at Earley St Peters, the children thoroughly enjoyed making the cards and were excited at the thought of making a small difference to the lives of local people. The sentiment was echoed by the children themselves, with Ethan, Coen and Sienna sharing their thoughts on the initiative.

Ethan age 7 “I think it is nice that we’ve made cards for people who might be lonely this easter, it might make them feel better.”

Coen age 7 “I appreciate the opportunity to do something nice for other people”.

Sienna age 6 “I feel good that I will make someone else feel happier this Easter”

Victoria Brown, Marketing Coordinator at Bluebird Care Reading, Wokingham, Windsor, Maidenhead and Bracknell, expressed gratitude for the children's efforts, saying, "Working in care, we make a difference every day, and we are very lucky we are able to do the little extra things that put a smile on someone's face. We are very grateful to all the children at Earley St Peters Primary School for making such amazing Easter cards and writing some lovely messages. I am sure all the customers will love it when they arrive in the post."

This heartwarming initiative is a testament to the power of community and the impact that small acts of kindness can have on people's lives. Bluebird Care Reading, Wokingham, Windsor, Maidenhead and Bracknell's collaboration with Earley St Peters Church of England Primary School has spread Easter cheer and brought joy to their customers during this special time of year.
