Huge Congratulations goes to Ferne Heselden who has been awarded Office Member of the Year for 2019 for Windsor, Maidenhead and Bracknell. Over the past few years we have only had one clear winner, however this year there was a tie so it was only right to have two office winners.
Every year we like to recognise the hard work, dedication and passion all our team provide to our customers and each other. What makes these awards so special is that the nominations are made by our customers and team of carers of who they think should win each award, and this year Ferne Heselden wins Office Member of the Year 2019.
Ferne has won this award because over the past year she has developed a brand new team and her support to each and every one has been amazing. Ferne is highly organised and very proactive in managing all 3 areas. Ferne shows compassion and will always do her best to ensure her customers and carers are treated fairly, with dignity and respect.
I feel very humbled to have been nominated, as a team Maidenhead, Windsor and Bracknell have seen some changes over the past year and I am very proud to be managing such a great team of carers. This award acknowledges all the great work we do and how much we all support each other.
