What makes these awards so special is that the nominations are made by our customers and team of carers of who they think should win each award, and this year Tracey Atkins wins Spirit of Bluebird Care for 2019. 

Tracey has won this ward because she is always striving to deliver the highest standards of care to her customers and is a great support to her colleagues and office staff. Tracey has mentored new staff this year and has had amazing feedback from them. Tracey has built amazing trust and relationships with her customers.
