Our Directors – Dr. Tom Moore and Dr. James Gough

Dr. Tom Moore and Dr. James Gough both grew up in Wiltshire and share a deep connection to the local community, which shapes their shared vision for Bluebird Care Wiltshire North. As experienced local GPs, they bring a wealth of clinical knowledge and a clear understanding of the essential role that high-quality home care plays in supporting independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

Tom has over 15 years of experience working within the NHS. Through many years of visiting patients in their homes, he has seen first-hand the life-changing difference that compassionate, reliable care can make - not just to individuals, but to the families who love and support them.

James, a local GP partner and qualified GP trainer, has been closely involved with Bluebird Care Wiltshire North over the past year through staff training and the rollout of Health and Wellbeing Checks. His focus on holistic, person-centred care aligns perfectly with Bluebird Care’s mission to deliver the very best in home care.

Together, Tom and James bring continuity, clinical expertise, and stability to the business. They are both passionate about supporting the Bluebird Care team to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and reliability. Their focus is on ensuring every customer receives premium, quality care that promotes independence and helps them live well at home.

Both live locally with their families and are proud to have deep roots in the local community that Bluebird Care Wiltshire North serves. Their shared dedication to compassionate and person-centred care drives their commitment to raising standards and expanding health and wellbeing support.
