Bluebird Care Wiltshire North staff joined the memory walk for 2.5 hours on September 15th, 2024 to raise funds and awareness for Alzheimer’s Society in Bradford on Avon.
This walk is our commitment to supporting the fight against Alzheimer’s disease, a cause that touches so many lives.
The walk will take place in the scenic areas around Bradford on Avon, including Barton Farm and Avon Cliff. Our team is excited to embark on this journey together, united by a shared purpose: making a difference in the lives of those affected by Alzheimer’s.
