Haddock And Leek FishCake Recipes sent out

As part of our on going commitment to promoting better nutrition and food preparation as a home care agency, we sent out one of our healthy recipe cards to all our customers. These recipes were specially made by chef Oli Blanc with the nutrition and options of vulnerable people in mind and can be made in the care call times and the delicious     Haddock and Leek fishcakes can be made and stored in the freezer for future use. The cards also show nutrition advice by Lucy Williamson.
