​Congratulations to Alejandra Pena Exerez, who has been promoted from Care Assistant to Support Supervisor. Alejandra has been a valued member of the team since March 2016 and has always shown great commitment and a desire to further her career.

Care Manager Beverley Smith said: “We are delighted to see Alejandra progress in her career, supporting other care assistants in the field, at which I am sure she will be excellent. She will also still do some hands-on care work, which is an excellent way for her to make the transition to her new role. We wish her all the best in her exciting new job.”​
 
Alejandra said: “I have been a carer in this company for almost a year and I love what I do. When this opportunity arose I didn't even think twice about it, I applied straight away. It will let me perform two roles at the same time, being supportive of my colleagues, while still carrying out my care work. Getting to know more about our customers is what I love most about the job.
