Our Care Manager Beverley Smith and Trainer Sue Keating are now designated Dementia Champions and we plan to ensure the rest of the office follow suit in 2017.
Our Care Manager Beverley Smith and Trainer Sue Keating are now designated Dementia Champions and we plan to ensure the rest of the office follow suit in 2017.As an organisation, we plan to ensure that all 60 of our staff are recognised as Dementia Champions through specific training and awareness.
This is in line with our commitment to play an active role to support those with dementia in our community, something for which we were awarded an ‘Outstanding’ rating by the Care Quality Commission during our last inspection in 2016.
