Bluebird Care North and West Devon welcome Natalie Bonney as new Head of Operations.

Natalie Bonney is our new Head of Operations for North & West Devon

Natalie has joined Bluebird Care with more than 22 years of experience in care, having worked in the NHS, domiciliary care, live-in, complex care services, and nursing homes. Natalie is skilled in care planning, risk assessing, coaching, change management, training, home care, turnaround services and performance management.

Natalie says: “I’m deeply passionate about ensuring the care provided to vulnerable people is the best possible. I love working directly with carers to empower them and to make them feel a valued member of my team. Working with customers & their families to ensure they are well cared for and at the forefront of their care and plan.”

When Natalie is not at work she is a busy mum of two children in West Devon. Time off for Natalie is spent dog walking, swimming, running, pony riding and spotting Dartmoor ponies with her little girl.

Natalie says: “ I’m really excited to be part of the Bluebird Care team here in Devon.”
