Frankie Achieves Career Landmark

Exmouth Manager Frankie Rowe achieves her Registered Manager award

We are delighted to announce that Frankie Rowe is now the third member of our team to achieve their Registered Manager Award.

This important qualification administered by our regulator The Care Quality Commission is in recognition of Frankie’s knowledge, experience and ability to lead and manage a regulated service.
Frankie has had a tremendously successful career with Bluebird Care, now in her sixth year, she has progressed from Care Assistant through to Supervisor, On Call Manager Hub Manager and now Registered Manager.  The success of the Exmouth “Hub” is testament to the determination of Frankie and her team to deliver Outstanding care whilst moulding a cohesive high functioning team.
