In response to the huge number of calls and enquiries that we are experiencing over the weekends, from families enquiring about care at home, we have decided to open our Exeter Hub office on Saturdays and Sundays.

Our Hub Manager Sian and her team kick-started this initiative around a month ago and it’s proving really successful. Being proactive and quick to respond to not only new enquiries but also current customer and carer questions or issues is making our business feel smart and the team are enjoying the opportunities it’s providing them to deliver outstanding customer service.
