About Imogen

Imogen has been an integral part of the Bluebird Care team for an impressive five years, having started her journey as a Care Assistant in the Exeter branch in 2019. Throughout her time at Bluebird, she has progressed to the role of Customer Service Consultant, contributing significantly to the seamless delivery of care services.

In her current role, Imogen plays a pivotal part in ensuring that individuals seeking care receive accurate and important information tailored to their specific needs. Collaborating closely with local teams, coordinators, and supervisors, she also engages with discharge teams, social workers, and medical professionals to guarantee a comprehensive and personalised approach to care.

Imogen's background as a former care assistant has been instrumental in shaping her approach to customer service. Her first hand experience gives her a unique understanding of diverse care needs, emphasising the importance of person-centred care. Imogen's journey from caregiver to consultant has provided her with valuable insights into various care scenarios, enabling her to offer informed advice and emotional support to those seeking assistance.

“I help people by ensuring that they get the best care service matched to their request, but I also help people by being someone they can talk to, it can be a daunting and overwhelming experience knowing you or your loved one needs care.” 

When it comes to helping people, Imogen ensures that each individual receives the best-suited care service. Beyond this, she serves as a compassionate listener and a source of solace during the often overwhelming process of seeking care.
