Bluebird Care has recently launched its first ever national TV campaign. The advert debuted on 27th December.  

The advert highlights the care packages on offer from Bluebird Care, these range from companionship to 24 hour a day live-in care. Bluebird Care’s comprehensive, personalised care packages allow their customers to remain safe and happy in their own home.

Bluebird Care partnered with Happy Hour productions to create the TV advert, as they aim to build brand awareness. They want to alert as many people who are in need of care and support, or those who may be considering care, to the care services that Bluebird Care provide. The TV adverts will be seen across many channels in the coming months.

The advert shows a Bluebird Care customer who requires assistance with some day-to-day tasks, this includes using technology to contact his family members. This has been a vital role many of the their Care Assistants have undertaken throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, to ensure that their customers remain connected to loved ones.  

Hannah Banfield, Marketing and Communications Director at Bluebird Care, said:

“It was important to us that our first national campaign conveyed our breadth of service with a focus on friendship, emotion, compassion and a family feel. 

“The creative experts at Happy Hour used their experience to create a story board that we felt ticked all the boxes.

“We are really proud of our first ever TV ad, and we hope all our Care Assistants and all our team members at Bluebird Care feel a sense of pride when they see it on the TV. We are hoping this will be the first of many TV campaigns we will be able to launch!”
