Bluebird Care Sandwell has made such a massive difference in our lives recently. This is our first experience with a care company and everyone I have had contact with is truly lovely. My mum always says how nice the ladies, who visit her are. Minor issues we have had have been addressed and carers are always on schedule. Thank you so much.
I can honestly say Bluebird are professional and very helpful when contacted. All staff that attend to my mother-in-law treat her very well and are patient and kind. The tea that attends to our property are respectful and pleasant and do their role very well. I can honestly say overall, this company/team are very good at their job, and we, as a family, are very grateful.
From the offset, the manager has been ever so wonderful and helpful, and all the care staff have been always trying extremely patient and kind with my grandfather, giving him outstanding care and being friendly with him. They always leave him comfortable, ensuring he has everything he needs and always ask if there's anything else he would like them to do. They leave the house clean and tidy. It's such a relief and so reassuring to have such wonderful carers looking after my grandfather, especially as he is so reliant on them; they have all made an effort to build a relationship with him, so they do his personal care. All the staff are so helpful; they are all fantastic with him and a great support and comfort to the family.

Very happy with the care that my mother receives. We did have another care agency but things didn't go well. Coming to Bluebird Care, everything has improved and my mum treats them like family and she is happy.

I am quite happy with the service I have received from the company. They do their best to send someone within my time slot, all the staff are cheerful, polite and helpful and do the jobs that need to be done.
Our carer has made such a positive difference to our lives in caring for my 90-year-old father who up to recently has been able to look after himself. She is always punctual and arrives happy. What is lovely for us all, not only talking to my dad, but always taking time to speak with me and my mum. He is always made clean with fresh clothes on, teeth cleaned and tablets with drinks given. I cannot commend our carers enough.
