Our care assistants are fully trained to very high standards and are well equipped to attend to your perosnal at home care needs.

We listen to your needs and priorities so that we deliver you the care that you deserve. We ensure that you stay in control of your own care as much as you are able to. We try to delvelop a good working relationship with your family members / friends so that if you are not able to direclty express your needs we can communciate with your designated person(s).

Therefore it is with upmost importance that we always listen carefully to what you tell us about how you want to receive your care and support.

The team at Bluebird care Welwyn and Hatfield will keep in regular contact, so you soon get to know them. Building a relationship that you can trust and rely upon is central to how we manage our business.

You will receive a named customer service supervisor who acts as a central point of contact for you, your families, and advocates. We believe this builds long term relationships, helps communication, and allows you  to concentrate on your life rather than managing your care and support.

We try hard to deliver what we say we will and to provide the consistent, reliable service you expect.

When needed, we will be immediately on hand to apply our specialised skills with time and total attention – something busy staff in care homes just cannot match.
