Every month we will be focusing on one of our wonderful carers so that they can share their thoughts, feelings, and experience of working with Bluebird care Welwyn and Hatfield.
This month we got the chance to sit down with Ellen Bennett who has worked with us for 6 years.Ellen discusses how she has worked her way up from being a Carer Assisstant to now being a Customer Care Consultant. Ellen also talks decide to take a change of career and work in care.
This is the best job I can do, I can see people socialise with them and get to help them at the same time.
