We invite some of our team out for lunch to thank them for helping us to further develop our care at home service for the benefit of the people we support in Welwyn Hatfield & Broxbourne District.

Bluebird Care have been providing home care from our Old Hatfield office for several years now and have had the opportunity to support hundreds of people locally with their care at home needs throughout Welwyn Hatfield & Broxbourne District so we know a thing or two about what it takes to provide quality homecare however no matter how long we have been helping people in the welwyn hatfield community one of the things which we have always been obsessed about it constantly developing our local homecare service to meet the everchanging needs of our customers.

We strive year after year to be better at supporting people within the community receive the best possible care at home so whether you live in Welwyn Garden City or Broxbourne you can be assured our care assistants and back office team are committed to providing you the best quality homecare.

We recognise that as a more well established local care provider we are lucky and privileged to have some very experienced care professionals within our team, so we recently ran a competition to encourage our wonderful team of care assistants to suggest how we could improve our homecare service for our customers as we strongly believe our care team have a great insight into our service, the needs of our customers and where we can continue to develop.

We were so impressed with their enthusiasm, creativity and desire of our care team to help us improve our service that we surprised the winners of the competition to join us for lunch today so we could give them their prizes and take some time out to celebrate their contribution towards making homecare better for our customers.

Whilst the lunch was only meant to be a simple thank you it turned into a bit of a forum where we discussed even more great ideas! We may seriously have to consider making these catch ups over lunch a more regular feature.
