Diana Kaganda - Operations Manager
Diana joined Bluebird Care Welwyn & Hatfield in 2014 in finance, and through her passion for quality and business growth, alongside her growing leadership skills, progressed to her current role as Finance and Operations Manager and CQC Nominated Individual. She helps ensure the business runs smoothly and standards stay high, driven by developing her team so customers and colleagues alike get the very best care and support.

Ellen Bennett - Registered Care Manager
Ellen joined Bluebird Care Welwyn & Hatfield as a Care Assistant in 2014 and, through her passion for delivering compassionate, person-centred care, progressed to become Registered Care Manager in 2022. She is committed to maintaining the highest standards of care while leading, recruiting and developing her care team, ensuring both customers and colleagues receive the support they need to thrive.

Helen Rason - Deputy Care Manager
Helen is Care Supervisor and Deputy Manager at Bluebird Care. She joined 10 years ago as a Care Assistant and progressed to become Care Supervisor and Deputy Manager. Helen enjoys meeting customers and hearing about their lives and experiences. She is passionate about supporting Care Experts, working with families, and helping customers maintain independence while making a positive difference.

Katie Cole - Field Care Supervisor
Katie joined as a Care Assistant in 2018. She quickly discovered a passion for helping people live independently and making a positive difference. Her dedication to outstanding care saw her promoted to Senior Care Assistant in 2023 and Field Care Supervisor in 2025. Katie supports customers and Care Experts, ensuring high standards while helping others thrive.

Heather Notley - Care Coordinator
Heather joined Bluebird Care in July 2020 as a Care Assistant before progressing to Care Coordinator in February 2025. She is passionate about delivering outstanding care and supporting both customers and the care team. Heather takes pride in making a positive difference every day and is proud to be part of such a dedicated and compassionate team.

Amy Confue - Finance Officer
Since joining Bluebird Care as Finance Assistant in October 2023, Amy has played a key role in supporting the organisation's financial operations. Responsibilities include processing financial transactions, preparing management accounts, managing payroll and overseeing client invoicing to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the finance function. Passionate about supporting the wider team, Amy takes pride in providing the reliable financial support that helps underpin the delivery of outstanding care.

Annette Forde - Clinical Lead
Annette is a Registered Nurse and Complex Care Nurse with 16 years’ experience, including 9 years in complex and continuing care. Currently Clinical Lead, she takes a hands-on approach to patient care with a strong understanding of customer, staff, and colleague needs. Annette is committed to delivering safe, compassionate, and person-centred care, both at the bedside and in a leadership role.

Elizabeth Prowse - Care Quality & Audit Assistant
Elizabeth joined Bluebird Care in December 2023 as a Care Assistant, bringing a caring and compassionate approach to supporting customers at home. She has since progressed to Care Quality Assistant, developing her skills while taking on greater responsibility for maintaining high standards of care. Elizabeth is passionate about person-centred care and making a positive difference. She enjoys working as part of a team and helping ensure customers receive the dignity, respect and quality of care they deserve. She is proud of her progression and committed to developing her skills.
