Thank you and all the team for the care and support you have shown XXXXXX and me over the last couple of years. The management always did their best to accomodate XXXXXX needs and, of course, the carers looked after her so well. I even felt there was great affection for XXXXXX and I am sure she would have been so grateful.

You were all very understanding of his Alzheimers and difficult personality at times and handled the situation very professionally and with great care and consideration for the person, with his care and concerns paramount to the situation.

I could not recommend Bluebird Care highly enough, they deserve recognition for the inspirational work they carry out on a daily basis. For the support they provide to their clients but also to the families involved.

My sisters and I wanted to write to you now that our mother has moved into a nursing home to express our appreciation for all that your carers have done to support her over recent months. We were impressed from the outset by the way in which Bluebird Care staff listended so carefully to our mother's requested for help both personally and around the home, then established a care plan that met these needs.

Your staff have been kind, patient and realiable in caring for her and went beyong what we could have reasonable expected by visiting her in hospital and accompanying her on medical assessments at short notice. As her needs changed you responded flexibly and increased the level of care, somethimes within hours, to ensure she was safe and well looked after. This was especially appreciated as we live a fair distance from her home. Communication has been nothing short of excellent, so there was never any doubt about what was happening, and we found your staff approachable and professional at all times.

It is all too common to hear the caring professions denigrated these days, but our experience of Bluebird Care has shown that you have well trained staff who really care for and care about the people you are looking after. We will always be grateful for the support you have given our mother at a very difficult time for her and for the reassurance it gave us that she was in the right hands.

I would like to thank you and let you know that I think you have been doing an amazing job caring for both my elderly parents.  XXXX and XXX XXXXXX, who require a considerable amount of care. I feel you have gone above and beyond what would normall be expected of a care agency.

Living such a long distance away from my parents it gives me great peace of mind to know there are so many carers looking after my parents who genuinely seem to care about them.

 

I'm writing to say a huge thank you to all the wonderful staff at Bluebird Care who take such excellent care of my Mum.

The carers who look after her morning and evening are, without fail, caring and cheerful and all seem to be genuinely fond of Mum. They also brighten the day for XXXXX who would struggle to cope without them.

 

I don't know how we would have managed without your care workers. Not only did they care for Dad, but for me too. Every one of them was professional and caring and kind and completely trustworthy. I felt complete confidence in the care they gave to him.
