CQC Inspection

Lastest Care Quality Commision inspection report has just been published.  

We have just received our latest published report from our CQC inspection on the 14th & 15th December 2015. The 'GOOD' outcome was expected and is down to the dedication, hardwork and positivity from the entire team, from the ground level up.

We had a difficult year with challenges that we hadn't anticipated so it was nice to have everyones hard work acknowledged by the regulatory body.

We had some lovely feedback from customers (who were selected by the Inspector) and our staff showed that they had the skills, knowledge and training to provide exemplary care.

Well done everyone!

We aim to look at how we can improve our service even more so that next time we are inspected, we'll achieve an 'Outstanding' rating!
