London Fire Brigade - Our New Partner

We are now official partners with London Fire Brigade in Fire Prevention and Safety.  

At a visit to the office in May where they met with some of our Team leaders, mentors, care supervisors and the Customer Services team, the London Fire Brigade gave us excellent and useful information including: 

-What we should look for when doing a fire risk assessment in a customer’s home and
-Fire detection and prevention equipment that is available freely to vulnerable people.

As part of our partnership, Bluebird Care staff can now make referrals for all our customers to receive a free Home Fire Safety Visit (HFSV) at which the Fire Brigade will assess their smoke detector requirements and install one free of charge if they need one!



We hope that through our joint working initiative we will ensure vulnerable individuals receive the Home Fire Safety Visit service and remain safe whilst at home.
