Bluebird Care Wandsworth, Clapham & Streatham is celebrating their fantastic team of Care Assistants, and the difference they make across the Wandsworth and Lambeth community every day, as part of a national campaign, which launched on Tuesday 8th May.  

Bluebird Care Wandsworth, Clapham & Streatham is celebrating their fantastic team of Care Assistants, and the difference they make across the Wandsworth and Lambeth community every day, as part of a national campaign, which launched on Tuesday 8^th May.

The #MakeADifference campaign, headed up by Bluebird Care’s franchise support centre, aims to highlight and raise awareness of care at home as a profession, which enables vulnerable people to receive the care and support they require in the comfort of their own homes. The purpose of the campaign is so we can showcase why the Bluebird Care Wandsworth, Clapham & Streatham team of Care Assistants are #ProudtoCareAtHome.  

With the rapidly increasing ageing population and rising numbers of people living with complex conditions - that require specialist care – such as dementia, Parkinson’s and Huntington’s disease, and more people choosing to opt for care at home, our campaign aims to highlight how patient, kind and compassionate individuals can make a real difference working in care at home.
