Care Assistants Recognised for Long Term Service

Bluebird Care Wandsworth launch a special Length of Service Award!

One thing we are consistently passionate about is the happiness and satisfaction of our Care Assistants.  We recognise that a happy work force means happy customers who live safe and fulfilled lives in their own homes.

That is why its really important to us that we recognise and show our Care Team our appreciation for the amazing work that they do. 

So this December we launched a special Length Of Service Award which recognises Care Assistants for the length of time that they have been working with us.  We are so proud that we have staff who have been with us almost 6 years – the length of time that Bluebird Care Wandsworth has been around!
