Our past sessions have included bingo, scone baking, pottery painting and planting, and pom pom crafting, and there's always a new favourite waiting to be discovered. Activities for the following week are chosen by the group, so members always have a real say in what's on.

A personal touch
Our team is patient, understanding and experienced in supporting people with memory difficulties and reduced mobility. They're also trained to support with medication during the day, following each individual's care plan. Regular observation checks are carried out as part of every visit, reviewed using the NHS NEWS2 scoring system, so we can gently pick up on any changes or concerns early, and additional monitoring is provided for members considered at risk.
There's no pressure to take part before someone feels ready. Members are always free to join in, or simply enjoy a friendly setting at their own pace. No member is ever left behind.

"Mum had a fantastic time. It was so nice to be with a group of such lovely people in a relaxed environment and doing things they wanted to do rather than set things to do, to be offered a choice of different foods which were delicious and just being surrounded by wonderful people with big smiles." - Member's daughter

A regular day out gives people something to look forward to each week, and for those living with memory difficulties or reduced mobility, that company and routine can make a real difference.
Our Wednesday sessions are designed to:
- Support cognitive function and help ease isolation
