Macmillan Coffee Morning

On Friday 26th September 2014 Bluebird Care Waltham Forest hosted a Macmillan Coffee Morning to raise funds for the Macmillan Cancer Support charity.
The event was attended by customers and their families, care workers and the management team. We also had a visit from ‘James’ the puppy and his guide dog puppy walker.
We had a lovely variety of home made cakes, kindly made and donated by a kind friend of Bluebird Care (Waltham Forest).The care workers assisted with the event and brought customers from their homes by car to attend, and gave out teas and coffee.
People were very generous with their donations to the charity and the event raised over £87.00 for MacMillan cancer support.
