we said a bittersweet goodbye to our wonderful Supervisor, Leticia 💙
Leticia has truly become part of our Bluebird family, and we simply cannot put into words how much she will be missed.
From keeping us laughing in the office to delivering such heartfelt care and attention to both our carers and customers — she has left her mark on every single one of us.
Thank you, Leticia, for your hard work, your dedication, and everything you have given to our team. We are so excited to see what the future holds for you — we just know it's going to be amazing! ✨
Carers week celebrations!
We planned a special party for our carers to celebrate Carers Week!
There were plenty of snacks, cake, lots of laughter, and we even managed to fit in a few TikToks! 💙
Carers week is all about recognising the incredible work carers do, and we are so grateful for everything our team does for our customers every single day. Your kindness, dedication, and compassion make a real difference to the lives of so many people.

Customer engagement
We love going to our customers to celebrate special days such as VE day, World tea day and fathers day. We love seeing the joy on their faces when we visit to tell a story or have a cup of tea!

Our carer of the month is Sonia! She has been amazing with one of our customers so much so they gave her a beautiful compliment, congratulations Sonia!
