Bluebird Nominated for Care Worker of the Year!

One of our lovely Care Assistants, Julie Barker, was recently shortlisted for Care Worker of the Year at the National Care Awards!

Our Director Narinder Gill and our Operations Manager Jess Gaskell travelled all the way to London with Julie to support her during the ceremony. Julie has been a very important asset to our company for many years, and we are so proud of her achievements. We were delighted to have attended and, although we didn’t win the award, we still feel like winners simply because we are so proud and thankful that Julie’s hard work has been recognised.

So far this year, Julie has been nominated for two awards. Along with Care Worker of the Year, she was also shortlisted for the Unsung Hero Award. On top of this, we recently won the Employer of the Year Award, and our amazing Care Assistant Melanie Davies secured the Compassionate Carer Award. All in all, we are so thrilled and cannot express how truly grateful and proud we are of our team.
