About Dominika

Dominika is the Care Coordinator at Bluebird Care Wakefield and Kirklees. She joined our team in 2022 as a Care Assistant and quickly progressed to Supervisor in 2024, before taking on her current role as Care Coordinator, where she manages our rostering system in a way that benefits both staff and customers.

Her deep knowledge of both our customers and care assistants makes her an invaluable part of our team. Dominika is incredibly hardworking - she always goes above and beyond to ensure care is delivered smoothly, professionally, and with heart. Her dedication and reliability are second to none.
