We present to you... The Golden Age Gala - A Night to Remember 🌟

SOCIAL ISOLATION, it is the silent killer affecting our elderly. Did you know it’s as deadly as smoking 15 cigarettes a day? 😞

We may not be able to solve this issue completely, but we can absolutely make a difference. 

Recently, Lynne as part of her duties as a Responsible Individual, visited five elderly people in their homes. Two were fortunate enough to have family support. The other three? Alone. No family. No friends.

One gentleman sat at his kitchen table, staring into a mirror while the TV played in the background—just so he didn’t feel alone. 💔
😰 And his words cut deep:

"What do you expect at 98? Everyone has died." 😰

This is where we need your help. We CAN do something!

They support over 200 befrienders who bring warmth, companionship, and a friendly face to those who would otherwise have no one, and their services are vital to those suffering from social isolation in our society ❤️
