It will link them to their community-based supervisors and staff as well as other care stakeholders including families, social services and healthcare professionals.
The PASSsystem is a living care plan that eliminates time consuming paperwork and dramatically reduces the risk of medicines mismanagement through the real time delivery and analysis of care notes.
