A lovely meal celebrating 6 and 10 years with Bluebird Care Vale of Glamorgan

Our promise is to always look after our existing employees, they are the reason we deliver such quality care. As part of our promise we do our best to ensure that care staff feel listened too, understood and that we execute their ideas from the frontline. The four ladies in the middle of this picture work in The Vale of Glamorgan delivering outstanding quality care. We reward their service and dedication with flowers, drinks and a lovely meal. We had a lovely meal and catch up not only to talk about work, but about their lives too. They are all busy working people with families. It was lovely to have the time to sit and chat without rushing around. Congratulations ladies and thank you for your service.
