We are writing this update today to share with you all that Karen and Darcy May raised over £1000!
The day was a smashing success and we couldn’t have asked for better weather! There were many people who took part in this fantastic event, but our Darcy May was the youngest participant!
We couldn’t be more proud of Karen and Darcy-May, they were amazing and it was a great day!
This is what our director Lynne had to say about the event:
I was really surprised when Darcy May said she wanted to do it because she is only 12 and was even more surprised that Karen was keen to do it – it takes nerves of steel to take such a challenge! The whole team were there to support both of them, we were so proud that they took the challenge together and they proudly waved the flag for Bluebird Care showing everyone how confident and willing they are to raise funds for such an amazing charity!
