At Bluebird Care, we recognise it is vital to listen to our employees so we can provide them with the opportunities and an environment to thrive.
We conduct our Annual Carer Satisfaction Survey as a way of measuring what our team really thinks, as they are the secret to our success, and enable us to provide a service that we are all so proud of.
Our 2021 Carer Survey received an overwhelming 94% response rate, along with some very positive results. Notably, 100% of respondents indicated they enjoy their role and felt the training and support they received is adequate to support them in their duties and responsibilities.
Vicki Jones, our Registered Manager explained:
Each member of our team plays a vital part in the service we deliver. Our carer satisfaction surveys are a crucial part of us understanding what we do well and how we can make things better for our staff. Not only do we listen to their suggestions and feedback, but we act on it too. This year’s feedback clearly demonstrates that our staff are happy within the workplace and feel valued within their roles, which gives us a huge sense of achievement as this is always our biggest aim.
