Our teams' excellence is evident in the compliance of their personnel files, customer care plans, and risk assessments. Our regulator, the CQC, endorses specific high standards regarding keeping our staff files in order to ensure they are current and current. The customer files are also often reviewed, checked, and updated as the care journey progresses. A CQC inspector can come in and demand to see the files anytime. They have the power to close operations if your files are not compliant. Often, the files are a work in progress. So, our office team's job is to ensure that everything is constantly updated, which is not always easy. Every year, we get a national audit done by our Franchise office to ensure that we are not slipping with our standards and upholding our compliance to avoid being unable to be subjected to unexpected CQC inspections.
