Our most recent survey results highlight in particular that customers are very complimentary of the care they receive and quality of tasks our Care Assistants carry out.
It is a privilege for us to provide care support and every six months, we carry out a survey to support our ethos of listening to our customers and making sure that the care we provide is the best it can be.

In particular, over 90% of respondents indicated that they are satisfied with the care they receive and 100% treated with respect and kindness.
