Launching our Career Journey

Here at Bluebird Care Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells, our goal is to give our Care Assistants as many opportunities as possible to build a meaningful career in care and are pleased to announce that we have have just launched our Career Pathway that forms part of our Career Journey. To achieve this, we have worked hard to develop five roles that form our Career Pathway to give our Care Assistants structured career progression throughout their career with us.

The pathway has been specially created to help our Care Assistants identify and realise their career goals whilst also ensuring that they are recognised and rewarded for their hard work along the way.

Our Career Pathway includes the following positions

• Probationary Care Assistant

• Care Assistant

• Lead Care Assistant

• Care Champion

• Care Mentor & Coach
