Being a part of our dedicated Bluebird Care team is immensely rewarding, but it also demands commitment and professionalism. Working with some of the most vulnerable members of society can give enormous satisfaction to the right person. Jodie shares her experience in the Guardian newspaper.  

Jodie is an 18 year old care assistant who works for our Bluebird Care Trafford office, and contributed her piece to the Guardian’s social care network.

In the piece, Jodie explains how much working for Bluebird Care has changed her life and how she goes home every day knowing she’s made a positive difference to at least one person’s life.
