Bobby Pawar, the owner of five Bluebird Care franchises, has landed himself a major industry honour in the Great British Franchise Awards 2022.

The Great British Franchise Awards give franchisees across the UK an opportunity to receive recognition for outstanding performance. A highly sought-after title by all within the industry, this accolade represents a big milestone in Bobby’s career within the care sector.

Bobby is the current owner of Bluebird Care franchises in Maidstone, Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells, Gravesham & Dartford, and more recently in, Folkestone & Dover, and Canterbury & Thanet.

Initially taking ownership of his first franchise in February 2010, since this point Bobby has cultivated an ever-expanding network of extraordinary home care providers. Embedding a committed, dedicated, and positive working culture at each franchise, every single one of Bobby’s offices now holds a strong reputation within their local communities for delivering exceptional care in their customers’ homes.

And it is because of this determination and willingness to go the extra mile that each office has been able to effectively deal with the challenges created by the pandemic. Through the introduction of a precise, and well-structured strategy, Bobby’s network has continued to deliver quality care to customers in a safe and secure manner throughout the period. This approach can be seen in other areas of the business and can explain the high staff retention rate and great customer satisfaction at every office.

Reflecting on his achievements, Bobby Pawar said:
