We recently arranged for customer Nicola to enjoy a tasty meal out with her Care Assistants Ljubitsa and Merce!
Nicola asked if they could head out to a local Turkish restaurant and we were more than happy to make the arrangements for her.
It was really nice to spend time with Ljubitsa and Merce. I see them as friends and not just my carers.

Nicola is one of our younger customers and the support she receives is as much about the companionship as it is the care support. Her Care Assistants are more than just that to Nicola; they are also her good friends.
Being able to have a meal out was something that was lovely to do for a change and as well as the food being very enjoyable, conversation was as well!
We strive to go the extra mile for our customers in every way we can and our customer outings initiative forms a big part of this. Nicola along with her Care Assistants had a very enjoyable time together!
