We recently spent some time with Care Assistants Mo & Jess to see the difference that they make to their customers!
Working as a Care Assistant is extremely rewarding and today we are launching our #seethedifference campaign which aims to give an insight into the day-to-day life of our team!
My Care Assistant lifts my spirits when visiting each day.
The role of Care Assistant is extremely varied and as well as bringing new challenges each day, there are many small things that simply make a simple difference to the lives of our customers.
This could be something as simple as always wearing a smile, being kind to the customer's pets or even knowing what the customer likes in their tea.
It's nice to have a smiling face in the morning. It really gives a sense that someone cares for you.
