Ljubitsa usually takes her customers Mr & Mrs Cane out shopping, but we recently arranged for her to take them out for lunch as a treat!
Mr & Mrs Cane usually talk about how they would like to head out for lunch and when Ljubitsa suggested that it may be something nice to do, we thought we would arrange it.
Our customer outings are extremely important as we strive to go the extra mile for our customers!
The group enjoyed a meal of their choice that went down extremely well along with a drink to wash it down with!
Mr & Mrs Cane live in Eridge and as we knew that their favourite pub was just down the road, we made sure to arrange for a table there.
Our customer outings are extremely important as they enable not only the customer to enjoy something that is a little different, but they are also extremely enjoyable for their Care Assistant, who suggests the outing and accompanies them!
