Dawn Recognised As Live-in Care Assistant Of The Month!

We are delighted to have recently presented Dawn with our Live-in Care Assistant of the month award for the outstanding support she has provided to her customer!

Dawn provides ongoing support to our customers in the form of live-in care, which is where she lives with her customer in their own home to provide support as and when is required.

This is an incredibly rewarding job and the reason that we have presented Dawn with this month's award is that the feedback from the way she supported her customer Donald was outstanding.

Donald required live-in care on a temporary basis and Dawn made sure that he not only felt at ease, but also that he had an excellent standard of care support.

Dawn made a big difference to not only her customer, but those who were able to have a short break from their caring duties whilst she was there and not need to worry about the support Donald was receiving.
