Homecare is often the route of choice because of how it enables families and loved ones to remain together for longer.
Our homecare service is extremely flexible and we regularly provide support to couples that enables them to remain living together in the home that they have done for (often) many years.
Often the choice would be a care home or care at home. With a care home, you are away from loved ones and whilst they may visit, it does mean needing to adjust to a completely new environment.
In addition to this, being able to remain together and at home means that you can continue being a part of the community that you have been for often many years. This is helpful for emotional wellbeing and has a positive impact on a person's health.
One of the positive things about homecare is not only how it enables you to remain at home for longer, but how it enables couples to continue living together.
When making arrangements for care, we very often spend time with family members to either give them a break or involve them in the care where is possible.
