We are pleased to introduce you to Julia, who shares with us a little bit about her role with the Bluebird Care team and her top tips for being a Home Care Assistant!
Julia loves her role as a Care Assistant and explains that it doesn't even feel like she has been to work! She also shares a few top tips with us. These are:
- It is very rewarding
- It does not stress you out
- You know you will please someone each day!
In particular, Julia enjoys working as a Care Assistant because she always gets a smile out of her customer by the end of each visit!
