Denise Explains Why #NoJobCompares

In the latest instalment of our #NoJobCompares campaign, we are pleased to introduce you to Denise, who loves nothing more than helping her customers remain at home!

Denise is our Care Manager for the Gravesham & Dartford area and knows that working in care is incredibly rewarding because of the big difference you make to the lives of our customers each day.

Denise first joined the team as a Community Care Assistant and has chosen to progress her career with Bluebird Care; working her way up to the role of Care Manager!

For Denise, she explains how keeping people in their own homes gives her such a sense of job satisfaction!
