Care Supervisor Debbie recently visited customer Bridget and took her some cake, which they both enjoyed whilst sitting in the garden.
We always take time to think about how we can go above and beyond for our customers and it is often the small, simple things that make the biggest difference.
This was a lovely surprise for Bridget, who has a garden that she very much enjoys and as well as being able to sit outside in the sunshine, having someone to spend some time with simply talking made a big difference.
Our customer outings are just another way that we strive to go above and beyond in every way possible for our customers. They are also very much enjoyed by our team!
